A Sand County Almanac

I am reading A Sand County Almanac by Aldo Leopold, which reminds me a lot of Walden (the book that tapped right into my maverick (in the context of my cubicle-bound peers), unbound lust for land back when I first read it in my Survey of American Lit I with Fairbanks). Jacob has been telling me to read the Almanac for a long time, and I am just reading it now and loving it. If skunk tracks and rabbit piss can be a subject of poetry (and, in my opinion, they can be), this "poem" speaks right to my heart.
